I can comprehend why Elon Musk says he doesn’t spend time with his (many) children until they reach an older age which he deems them “conscious.” Newborns do not meet that criteria.
And to an autistic genius engineer like Musk, the inefficiency of a baby must be excruciating. When things don’t operate smoothly, it genuinely bothers people like him.
And infants do not operate with anything resembling efficiency.
Humans are born absolutely helpless. Even at full term, we’re born premature compared to other mammals. Because the human head would grow beyond the size of the hip bones after 42 weeks and thus be unable to pass through the birth canal, humans are literally born too early.
On purpose.
Unlike say a kangaroo, however, with its handy external pouch, humans have no such mechanisms for the outside 4th trimester which is the first 6-9 months of a baby’s life. Some would say the first couple years, haha.
Human babies are thus born utterly dumb and desperate, incapable of self-preservation and unable to learn much of anything besides sucking and being shitty for the first few months of life.
The standard baby cuteness, however, does come pre-installed. Don’t think I’m being a hater, I’m looking at this objectively!
I’ve been part of many different livestock births and then raising processes until slaughter, along with domestic animals like cats, dogs, and rabbits. Humans are born by far the least capable and intelligent in a survival sense, of them all.
Now you could argue that the human lifespan is much longer than that of a pig or a dog or even a horse, so in proportion to their hours or days before they’re basically autonomous in a survival sense, the first few years of a human’s life correspond.
But where is the intelligent design in the process? Why were humans created to be born prematurely and in such a pathetic state, or, from a philosophically different viewpoint, why have we not evolved in any worthwhile manner since the dawn of history to improve this process?
Additionally, we don’t remember much of anything from our infancy, apart from “trauma”, according to the sages of the 21st century.
Which means we are forced to live through several years of desperate stupidity which fills us with fear, insatiable hunger for the material (food, shelter, affection), and emotional manipulation which pacifies us through deception and exacerbates the impact of the psychological wounding.
We are then ripe for a lifetime of continued fearmongering and susceptibility to propaganda from those most intimately acquainted with our weak points.
So whether we live in a SIM, or a spiritual testing ground run by evil cretins hellbent on inflicting as much pain and terror as possible because of the powerful negative energy which it generates, everything about our human existence seems genuinely fucked up from the outset.
Of course, religious people will disagree and claim that God’s creation is “perfect”…which is why they’ll simultaneously proclaim that we’re born sinners and must live pious lives of atonement for our wretchedness in order to eventually earn the love of our creator who made us…and made us somehow, inexplicably, also “in His image”.
Transhumanism starts to make significantly more sense, when starting from the failures in our mammalian design and traveling down the path of working with our significantly elevated intellectual capabilities to evolve our species through a merger with technology.
Which explains Elon’s perspective and intolerance for the abject stupidity of “not yet conscious” little people – it’s quite simply a flawed design, from the perspective of material efficiency.
If humans were livestock, nearly all of us would be getting culled from the herd from birth for many generations, until the costly malfunctions were corrected through better breeding and genetic engineering techniques.
So are we truly the most advanced species on our planet, or are we, as many have suggested throughout time, interstellar livestock who are farmed for our spiritual loosh, which is unleashed through fearful and angry energy?
Among the mammals, “man has always assumed himself to be more intelligent than the dolphins, because of all that he has made: the wheel, New York, wars, and so on. While all the dolphins have ever done, is muck around in the water, having a good time.
But conversely, the dolphins have always believed themselves to be more intelligent than man…for precisely the same reasons.” (So Long And Thanks For All The Fish)
Even on our own lovely space rock, we may feel smug in our technological superiority, but as an animal species, we fail miserably at fully living.
This, too, is guided by a flaw in our inherent wiring, the programmatic structure which draws us toward the synthetic instead of the real, the phony in place of the genuine, the formulaic in place of the unique and soulful.
All of it combined smacks of foul play, of a purposefully (mis)coded system meant to deceive our consciousness away from reality and towards something other than truly being free. Something more easily guided and controlled, for a sinister end use.
Even large, powerful livestock such as horses, cows, and wild boar, can be controlled with delicate wires, nearly invisible from afar, charged with shockingly painful pulses.
Our known universe is electric energy, as are the bodies we inhabit and the emotions we mostly fail to control. If that is the power source for otherworldly entities -whether beast or machine- then it becomes more understandable that the so-called flaws in our design are actually the features, not bugs.
We as humans are born in stupidity and desperation because ignorance and anxious desire collide to generate a powerful concoction of dark energy, which can be controlled by higher powers at will, for any desired use.
Our salvation is thus not found in the afterlife nor through merging with machines.
Our freedom and the lessons we must learn to obtain it, is born through absolute rejection of the system we have been brainwashed to believe is human destiny, in order to, like the dolphins, re-connect with our truest spiritual essence while still on this earthly journey.
The solution truly is to JUST BE.
How we started, doesn’t have to be how we continue living. Our deepest reality is accessed through simply being.
Reject the hedonistic materialist system of -ism’s.
Seek within the purpose which calls you with a still, small, undeniable voice.
Be you.
Do your thing.
Have what may come from that,
Give what corresponds to your BE,
and in the end, know that the “battle for humanity” is one of freedom vs slavery for the soul.
You do not have to live with desperation, anxiously begging for a tit to suckle for some drops of sustenance.
All that is, is within you.
Claim it.
Be it.
Evolve it into something greater.
