Thank God for dictionary.com’s "Word of the Day".
Today I learned a new word that doesn’t sound all that cool, but the definition is undeniably apropos for me, especially as of today.
I’m glad to have learned this word. I’m adding it to my vocabulary. But more importantly, I’m keeping the definition as a description of how I live my life – with probity.
probity \PRO-buh-tee\, noun:
Complete and confirmed integrity; uprightness.
Probity is from Latin probitas, from probus, "good, upright, virtuous."
