Fluid Kayaks – the ANVIL
I’ve said a lot about the Anvil, as it’s the best riverboard I’ve ever used. It is a hydrospeed-style riverboard modeled after the French foam hydrospeeds, and it was designed by my friend and legendary riverboarder Charl Van Rensburg along with Fluid’s owner and master kayak designer, Celliers Kruger.

The Anvil was the board I have been wanting for many years, with an ideal weight-to-buoyancy ratio, a perfectly designed hull, awesome handle positioning, and legit aesthetics.

You can read my full Fluid Anvil review here.

I’m proud to represent Fluid in the riverboarding / hydrospeed industry and this board has allowed me to take on more challenging rivers around the world with great success. In 2012 I riverboarded with the Anvil in France, Costa Rica, Indonesia, Japan, and the USA, with more to come…
